Open the venue page, select the desired court, and choose an available date and time.
A slot may be booked by another user before you complete checkout. The system validates availability again before confirming the booking.
No. Adding a slot to your Cart does not guarantee that it will remain available until the booking is completed.
The Cart allows you to review and manage the bookings and additional products you want to purchase before proceeding to checkout.
Possible reasons include the selected slot being booked by another user, the slot or product no longer being available, a price or condition change, or an invalid checkout session.
Review the venue, court, date, time, additional products, subtotal, discount/voucher, applicable service fees, total amount, and payment method.
Available payment methods depend on the payment options provided by ArenaHub and/or the venue.
Not necessarily. If the venue supports DP/partial payment, you can pay part of the amount upfront and pay the remaining balance later.
It means the payment process has started, but the system has not yet received confirmation that the payment was successfully completed.
No. A Pending status does not mean that the payment has been successfully completed.
Check the payment and order status again after some time. If the status has not changed, contact ArenaHub Support and provide your order or booking information.
DP, or partial payment, is an upfront payment for part of the total booking amount. The remaining balance must be paid according to the applicable booking terms.
No. A DP payment means that an outstanding balance remains.
Open your booking details and use the available payment option to pay the outstanding balance.
Under the current ArenaHub business process, the target deadline for completing a DP booking is up to 3 days before the booking date (H-3).
The notification is a reminder that your booking still has an outstanding balance.
Enter the voucher code in the voucher section during checkout and validate it.
A voucher may be rejected because the code is incorrect, the voucher has expired, the eligibility requirements are not met, or the voucher does not apply to the transaction.
Cancellation availability depends on the booking status and applicable cancellation rules.
Not necessarily. Booking cancellation and refunds are separate processes and are subject to the applicable rules.
A cancelled booking does not necessarily mean that the refund has already been completed. The refund may still be processing.

No. Additional products are optional unless otherwise specified by the venue.
An Order represents the transaction or purchase you make. A Booking represents the reservation of a venue, court, or field associated with that transaction.

No. Booking information is restricted to authorized users.
